Ms. Dimple Padhiar was appointed as Company Secretary and the Compliance Officer of the Company on November 09, 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saurashtra University, Rajkot. She is a qualified Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Before joining Pahal, she has worked with Abellon Cleanenergy Limited – Claris Group as Manager – Secretarial Dept., prior to that she has worked with Chiripal Group of Companies and has a vast experience of more than 9 years in the field of Corporate Compliance.
