JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER– HUMAN RESOURCE
LOCATION: AHMEDABAD
REPORTING: HEAD- HR
ELIGIBLITY:
- Minimum Graduate + MBA-HR/ MSW/ L L B / Labour Law would be preferred
- Minimum experience of 5 – 7 years as HR generalist
- Ready to travel
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment for all the staffs except Field coordinators
- Pre-joining formalities (Reference Check / CIBIL etc.)
- Preparation of Salary structure and Issue of Offer Letters to all the staffs except FCOs (incl. RMs on Alchemist Payroll)
- MIS on need basis for Compliances and Staffing (Approved Strength)
- Exit Interviews with Handling process
- Recovery for non-service / short service of notice period
- Full and Final Process with No Due claims
- Branch Visit on need Basis
- Compliance – PF / ESIC / PT / Other laws applicable to Pahal
- Rent Agreements & Process of registration of Shops and Establishments & PT across the Company
- Checking of Compliances before submission
- Co-ordinate with Consultant for compliances
KEY REQUIREMENT:
- Understanding about HR generalist profile
- Capable of handling Crisis for staffing and compliance
- Should be business oriented
- Excellent co-ordination skill
- Should be Good in Employee engagement activities
